Love - the one thing Adeline wasn't looking for.
Miss Adeline Sandringham was on the brink of claiming her inheritance and embracing the freedom she had long yearned for. The last thing she wanted was to be noticed by an arrogant duke who orchestrated a house party at Apsley House—one she attended purely to support her friend—just to watch the invited ladies scramble for his favor.
A house party with an unexpected guest.
Adrian Sinclair, Duke of Wakefield, has a carefully selected list of potential duchesses to choose as a wife. He has no patience to go through a Season pretending to enjoy balls or talk nonsense like lace patterns. Instead of courting the ideal match, he finds himself drawn to the one woman who defies every expectation—a fiery spirit who speaks her mind without hesitation, including telling him to marry his mistress!
Miss Sandringham's introduction to the duke was anything but amiable, and she vowed to keep her distance from the infuriating rogue. Yet fate—along with an ill-timed cricket ball, a secluded conservatory, and an unexpected art heist—seems determined to throw them together. Perhaps a fleeting affair wouldn't be such a terrible idea…
Will the duke uphold society's demands, or will he persuade the one woman determined to resist him that she was meant to be his duchess?
Enemies to lovers, Heat level: Sizzling
There is no other path when the heart knows what it wants.
Lady Beatrice Stanhope is looking forward to two things: the annual Basildon Park ball and the return of her childhood best friend. Her parents have also made plans—inviting a Viscount to court her a week early. Beatrice is content to follow their wishes… until an unexpected fall from a dinghy makes her realize that she may not have just one suitor after all.
The ocean commands him, but she stirs his soul.
After years at sea, Captain Bryce Maynard returns home to Berkshire, never intending to stay. His heart belongs to the waves, his future to the navy, and as a captain, he cannot bring a wife aboard his ship. Yet seeing Beatrice again—his spirited, infuriating, best friend—reawakens something he thought he had long since buried.
Will he fight for love, or will duty win once more?
Beatrice has only ever seen Bryce as her closest friend, but his return ignites emotions she never expected. She should be securing the Viscount’s affections, yet she can’t seem to stay away from the man who was never meant to be hers.
Bryce has never been one to surrender easily, and as their connection deepens, Beatrice must decide: risk everything for a passion that defies reason, or take the safe road in matrimony.
Friends to Lovers, Spice Level: Sensual
Returning to where her heart always belonged.

After her family's annual ball, she has decided to stick around her childhood home to try and see if she can get in her childhood sweetheart's good graces again. She has never stopped loving him, but also knows she broke his heart when she married another.
The last woman on Earth he would ever marry.
Mr. Caelen Holloway only ever loved one woman in his whole life and he swore he would never let her back into his life. But when he needs urgent repairs on his tavern, The Cross Keys, he has no choice but to accept that same woman's financial support when she goes behind his back and starts the refurbishments without his consent. Can he keep his heart boarded up or will her smiles and touches break down his defenses?
Second Chance, Spice Level: Sweet
I’ve always enjoyed a range of heat levels in romance, but when plotting my books, I realized I needed to decide just how spicy I wanted to go. As I researched, I quickly discovered that defining spice levels wasn’t as straightforward as I’d hoped—there was no universal standard, only a tangle of interpretations.
Then, I came across an image that broke it down in a way that finally made sense. Inspired by its clarity, I decided to structure my books around those heat levels. Each book’s blurb will include its spice rating, making it easier for readers to choose. Much like my approach to romance tropes, I’m planning six books at each heat level—two of which will be clean.
Do you like reading and don't mind reading draft versions of books? I'd love your help.
After my second draft, I send my story out to beta readers to understand any loopholes, using the same words too many times and other critiques readers find.
I'm looking for readers who want to give their honest opinion. I don't release the second draft until I'm sure the story molds well together. I envision it like a movie, so it needs to flow before I am satisfied.
